Our team has been working tirelessly in upscale or fine dining operations for years. Now, we apply all of those principles and standards associated, to our casual, fun, counter service takeaway, all while supporting both our community and industry.

We have been lucky enough to learn from some of the best human beings, chefs, and professionals over the years, now it is our obligation to find new ways to nourish and provide for others.

The goal is to be a new kind of "the best". One that there's no award for and no recognition is of interest to us at all.

To do that, seems like a pretty simple recipe...

• using only high quality ingredients; working seasonally and sourcing locally when possible. if we wouldn't serve it to our mentors, it doesn't enter the kitchen

• offering fun and eclectic menu options that just simply hit the spot; constantly changing and evolving our offerings (this is where the ADHD hits hard)

• working closely with our local community, businesses, and producers; simply put it's the community serving the community

• advocating for our industry's wellbeing; in conjunction with Chew & Savor Inc., our nonprofit organization that promotes Culinary and Hospitality Employee Wellness

• operating with humility; putting our team and their families well being first. finding balance in all things

• showcasing our appreciation for great food, solid music, the days of old and one another; above all else.
